Currently Chef Patron at London’s Restaurant ZOILO and boCHINche in Singapore, Diego began his career in Buenos Aires in 1993, when he joined renowned Argentine Chef Francis Mallman’s restaurant as an apprentice.

In 1998 he fulfilled his dream to cook in Europe when he joined the team of “Casa Nicolasa” in San Sebastian, Spain. To later took a position at the three Michelin star restaurant “El Bulli” of Ferran Adria. In 2001, he decided to move to NYC to joined “Aquavit”, the award wining Swedish restaurant by Marcus Samuelsson.

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Diego Jacquet spent most of his youth in Patagonia, where he discovered his love for food and wild products.
